Thursday 11th February 2010

My baby bird died yesterday...

I just woke up an dit was dead.

Mum buried it.

Now it's real.

You can not save everything - just try. Somethings are beyone your control.

Sure fate plays a part but it's how you react to it that makes you you.

Everyone wants to grow up so fast. I know last year I could not wait of to get out of prison. But... now there is nothing for me to do...

WEll not until Monday when I'm going to set up for uni.

No visa and it's gonna cost a shitload to buy tickets even now...

:(

Spent today with Mel and bought mum's birthday present.

Going to uni at least means I will be around for birthdays.

Truthfully depending on what happens I may not be able to handle christmas.

Oh well.

Hopefully it is sunny tomorrow night cause that could be fun.

What would be great in away is get all these blogs together mabe and you could actually make a book of it. they so often have mentions about one another in them. Or about the same thing just slightly different.

We needc to have a party.Whod be in?

Tuesday 9th February 2010 - a bird and family

ok, well recently my life seems to revole around this silly little bird that I swear is a little mircale bird, cause despite being caught by Kitty 4 times now it still lives!

Except cause it is a baby it needs constant attention. It has run well explored my room several times. Got me hunting in the compost for fricken worms, then the silly thing pooped on me!

Funny thing is I do not even like birds, but can not see the point in letting an animal that will live die.

Well when I was little I tried to save a bird but as soon as I went out on the farm my sister turned around and chucked it on the ground. Dad just said it was gonna die anyway - no one thought I could save it :(

Well besides the fricken bird...

I went for a 'walk' with Rach today during her study period was great to catch up.

Worked...

Went to It's Complicated with Tabi.
The thing is that movie was complicated. It made me miss my older sister so much! I mean when it counts the ones who understand the effects of the divorce you parents go through are your siblings. Sure over people's parents are divorced in stuff but the only ones who understand your parents situation is each other.
I remember when they first split, just spending ages with my sister. Going through all the firsts - first christmas particuraly as they split up just before christmas. We shifted to Wellington just after 4th term ended.

People may have similar experinces bt they are neither exactly the same. As everyone has a slightly different point of view. Ask a group of people what they all thought of the same play and different points stand out. Just depends on who you are.

Family seems real important at the moment - the ones who are meant to be there to put you back on your feet no matter what. Does not seem to happen for everyone. I'm quite lucky when it has come to my family - I have a mum who loves me, a older sister who is when she is focused on yo is really with it, a younger brother who is going through a hard time but still trys to smile and have lots of fun and a little sister who tends to be whiney but is finally starting to stop it.

But I also have my awesome friends- and best friends who often seem like sister more then anything.

The reason for the longish post is Rachel said they were getting very short and since I think she is the only one to read it in her 20min time limit then I decided to make a longer one. Plus this why I can remeber more what gibberish I was thinking at that point and time.

Thursday 4th February 2010

Ok so yesterday night while mum was at work our car got broken into :(
So this morning we had the police come round to do fingerprinting and stuff.
They took mum's two week old stero. Which was actually pretty cool, panansonic and all.
Also some of our jewellary.

Kathleen has offered that I can go live with her if I do not get my visa in time!
So that is one less thing to stress about thankfully. Sometimes being the 2nd oldest is handy!
She also said I could use her petrol guzzling car. I think I would need to get my own car so if I decided I wanted to come home and see people I could.

Nothing super exciting has been happening. Tabi is staying with me at the moment.
so watching lots of movies.

Rachel we should go for a 'walk' after this weekend so you can tell me all about you tournment :)

Oh I saw Keryn yesterday which was great as I had not seen her in ages... or many over people for that matter.
