Assignment time!!!

I love Massey most of the time!

It is wonderful, some of the most amazing people I have meet. My 3 closest friends are all born in October like me :)

We have a great 'Family' feeling in English.

Amazing dodgy poems to interpret - with a few immature people in the class makes it so much more fun.

'C's get degrees' 'A's get jobs' "BA's just don't get jobs." Awkward silence.

Going to go see Peter Pan next weekend with my great new friends and play the titanic game after.

Got two assignments due on Monday not really started either but handed in another big one yesterday. Will get onto it soon.

Just had a major catch up on everyone else's blogs.

Everyone sounds so busy - scary spiders, love issues, motivation and uniness.

Been great have finally been able to catch up with some people to some I have been meaning to for ages.

Worry

Has anyone ever read http://www.sixbillionsecrets.com ? i have well tonight I did, so shocking but readin it I could relate to it and I know so many others can as well. It's worrying how the cruelty of our peers has lead to things like this.
The thing is no matter what you should never really feel alone.
I love so many people so much - just hope they know it!

Woop

So I am excepted into Massey I am doing a BA majoring in Linguistics. So my first semster I am taking English paper, Social anthorpology paper, Language and communication and an Economics paper.
I am super excited about this and hope to make friends in class etc.
Just need to get everything sorted out for studylink and then I shall be fine!
Jeremy randomly decided to go spend the year living in Australia with dad. The less said about the better.
I aim to actually try really hard at uni, not turn up to class hangover all the time :)

Life is starting to look a lot more promising!

I have had a good week for the most week last week, hearing English all the time is not as overwhelming.
came back from camping and got to go out to a friend's house and another friend was there that I had not seen in a year! So we had a few drink's then attempted to hit the town but our town is to lame tobe able to hit the town properly :P

It looks like I have been accepted into uni - 6 papers so far out of 8 will need to ring up later today to find out if I should repick the two other papers I hope not. Super excited about that. I went and saw my cousin the other day turns out she is doing the same intial Degree just majoring in different topics. Which shall be great hopefully I get to see a bit of her as it would be good to get to know her again as she is only one year younger.

Tomorrow I am meant to go the movies with a friend which should be good.

Casual update

Well back in NZ!

Getting bored already but tomorrow we are going camping woo!!!
4 nights away with family in Opanuke... I wanna go spend a day up the mountain as well. Plus we will get to go see the lights at Pukakura park!

The new au pair is at my place grrrrr....
I hope she is nice to the kids.
I miss them like crazy. The chances of me seeing them again are so slim :(

Has been great seeing everyone though spending a day and a half with Tabi, New Years with most of the group and then a night at Rach's.

Tomorrow I plan on going to the District Court again and getting my birth certificate verified so I can apply for a uni course hopefully this time I get accepted (but no interview yay!)

Already been working again with Hannah. Which has been great.

Finally went swimming at a beach today but my silly brother said he had the sunblock and left it there so we all got sun burnt grrrrrrr...

Being back is weird it scares me when everyone speaks English...
Today has not been my day stupid furniture beat me up.


I wanna go back to the hostel and Germany and talk to the people I meet there.

Excitment

2 WEEKS TILL I AM HOME!!!!

Freaky as though.
Looking forward to seeing everyone and my cats. PLus hearing kiwiness all day everyday.

This weekend it was a 3 day weekend and we went to Sweden which is absoultly beautiful!
Just ahhhh... gonna miss my Finnish family so much..

But will finally be able to start planning forward.

Just snow

Well at the moment I am in love with the snow and just found out it will stay at least for the week! Sometimes they do not get snow here till January so I am super happy that they have it now.. Wonder how much I will still like it in 4 weeks...
The photos are taken this morning from outside my bedroom door.
It was amazing on Wens I went and saw Harr Potter came home at 1 in the morning to snow, snowed all the next day. None the next then yesterday it was snowing again! Except it eans that outside is in the negatives. Also I have caught another cold! Grrrr
On Friday the teachers at the nursery well the two main ones asked if I would like to watch Cessi in a play. Turns out I was the only person not from the nursery who went and watched and understood very little. It was great to see Cessi 'acting' though.
Last night I decided I would watch TV. First show I watched was half in English half in Finnish, second show half in Russian and half in Finnish. Finally I found a show just in English called Team Pullman, which was really good.
I have started knitting and am finally attempting to do a big person scarf, will see how it goes.
This morning I went o Facebook and there was a group chat going - made me realise how much I missed the craziness of everyone! Makes me more excited about coming home.
